GRAPES: Chardonnay 90% – Pinot noir 10%
Manual harvest, soft pressing.
This nature comes from selected grapes.
First fermentation in steel tanks and aging in the same tanks for 7 months at controlled temperature of 16/18 °C.
A part of the Chardonnay is aged in French oak barrels, medium toasted, for seven months.
Second fermentation in bottle for minimum 30 months.
The liqueur d’expédition is made of Chardonnay and Pinot noir wines aged in French oak barrels. Bright yellow color with greenish reflections.
Clean aroma with fruity hints of green apple, toasted hazelnut and vanilla.
It has a good balance, excellent salinity and acidity that bring length and persistence.
