GRAPES: Chardonnay 60% – Pinot Nero 40%

Manual harvest, soft pressing. Pinot Noir is vinified in pink, leaving the skins in contact with the must for 10 hours. First fermentation in steel tanks and aging in the same tanks for 7 months at controlled temperature 16°/18° C.
Second fermentation in the bottle for a minimum of 40 months.
The Liqueur d’expédition is made from Pinot noir wine aged in French oak barrels and cane sugar.
Bright salmon pink color.
Fresh scent with red berry fruits aroma, a slight note of bread-crust and vanilla that gives complexity. Excellent structure, long and persistent.
Good balance between acidity and salinity.



Alcohol: 12.50%
Sugar: 5 gr/l
Acidity: 8 gr/l
Recommended serving temperature: 7-9 °C
